What is ABA?

In plain words.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the science of how kids learn. We use positive reinforcement to build communication, social play, and daily-living skills, while gently easing behaviors that make life harder.

Built on connection

Relationship before instruction, always.

Skill-focused

Small wins that stack into big growth.

Common questions

Is ABA therapy covered by insurance?+

Yes, we're in-network with Blue Cross, HealthPartners, Medica, UnitedHealthcare, and MN Medicaid. We verify benefits and handle authorizations for you.

How long is the waitlist?+

We have immediate openings for in-home and school-based sessions across the Twin Cities. Most families start within 2–3 weeks of their consult.

Do you offer diagnostic evaluations?+

We specialize in treatment. If you need an evaluation, we'll connect you with trusted diagnostic partners in the area.

How many hours a week does my child need?+

It depends on goals and your family's life. After assessment, your BCBA recommends a focused or comprehensive schedule, typically 10–30 hours/week.

What do sessions look like?+

Mostly play. We follow your child's lead, sneak in skill practice, take data, and coach you on what's working.
